I know how hard it is to get rid of bad patterns of living, looping over same activities in life that you know will not get you any closer to fulfillment but misery, thereby being a distraction on your path to your goal. So, does brain washing help? what does brain washing even mean? haha. So we all know how there is conscious part of our being and the unconscious, you waking up every morning going to brush your teeth or go to the toilet is done so unconsciously it becomes a routine. Subconscious is a part of this unconscious mind.
Facts subconscious mind:
- Your subconscious mind is always recording all your hearing and saying also which you consciously and unconsciously see or listen. So be careful with what you feed yourself with thoughts and feelings don’t let negativity get you, start feeding yourself with abundance environment, thoughts and feelings.
- Its a giant tape recorder, does not hear no or not whatever you believe to be true starts to manifest.
- It cannot comprehend the future, present only exists all the time. Past and future are creation of mind which is limited to third dimensional reality. Present is ever existing beyond space and time, so be fully aware of the now. If you have a goal you should already feel like you have accomplished them now, not later but now this moment. Here and now all that there exists.
- 95% percent of our life is subconsciously controlled, most of the time we are conditioned by our circumstance, thoughts , feelings and beliefs. So try to control whats internal to control the external.
- Subconscious mind cannot tell difference between actual event and imagination. So what does this mean, you can imagine something that you really want and start to believe that its already here with you and your enjoying your life like you already have achieved or received what you want. This actually starts to manifest in your reality. Abundance mindset is everything.
- Repetition creates new belief in subconscious mind, you will eventually start to believe it and next thing you know its here in your reality. This is law of attraction all the greats used from Steve jobs , Conor mcgregor , Jack ma , Cristiano ronaldo , Elon musk to Conor mcgregor.
- You attract what you constantly think and feel about, thoughts are form of dynamic energy you attract your dominant thoughts, thoughts are then conversed to action which leads to manifestation of your desire or dream into reality.
Steps to change subconscious mind:
- Write down what you want and be crystal clear in writing in mind.
- Visualize that you already have what you wanted, play them in mental pictures in your mind.
- Stop washing TV shows and movies that changes your mind making you lazy and comfortably desire-less, instead replace them with content that take you closer to your destination or dreams which inspire and motivate you to do better.
- Create short and sweet affirmations that implies you have already have the desired object like “I am successful, i am prosperous” with “I am” or “I have”.
- Create alarm in your phone that shows you to read your certain affirmations, set 3 times a day and say the affirmations with feelings or you could Listen to affirmation by making an MP3 file of your affirmation and listen to them.
- Begin to talk about what you desire become vocal with it like its already there. Use your imagination and act as if you already have it. You have to see it and feel it like its already there in your reality.
- Repeat, repeat and repetition is the key, try for 21-30 days to make significant change you can see your mindset shift, being more positive and attracting what you want also changing your life for better in long term.
